Our Mission

Impacting generational change by empowering youth who are facing the greatest obstacles through relationships with professional mentors - 12+ years, no matter what.

Our Model

We commit to each child for the long-term. We select youth ages 4-6 who face the toughest systemic barriers and pair them with a professional mentor who spends an average of 12 intentional hours per month developing goals and participating in activities to build life skills.
